Blue

  • Blue is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier bitch, blue grey and white, who has recently had puppies.
  • She was found in a ditch alongside a country lane and it took the dog warden an hour to coax her out of the ditch.  She was very thin and full of milk when she came in, but she has now put on weight.
  • Her milk is almost gone now and she has had her first inoculations, been flea treated, wormed and identi-chipped.
  • She cannot be spayed for approximately 6 weeks yet, but there is a voucher to get this done.
  • Blue has a lovely nature and gets on well with dogs and people, but she needs a quiet, loving, understanding home as she is nervous in open spaces.  She is getting better and now goes for walkies.
  • From the way she acts, she has been caged, fed and bred.

Please note:

All dogs in the Sanctuary, waiting to be adopted are identi-chipped, inoculated, wormed, flea treated, insured and if not yet neutered, then a voucher is given to have the dog neutered.

No dog will be homed where there are children under the age of five years. No dog will be homed where both partners are working full time, dogs need people contact during the day. A secure garden is a must when adopting a dog from us.
