Sammy and Lucy
- Sammy and Lucy are brother and sister long haired Chihuahuas and it would be wonderful if they could be homed together.
- They are 6 1\2 years old.
- They belonged to an older couple who are now suffering from ill health and can no longer care for them.
- They are both neutered, inoculated, wormed, flea treated and identi-chipped and have had to have their claws clipped back as they were very over long.
- Both these dogs are very loving, like sitting on your knee or cuddling up to you on chair or
sofa. They now enjoy going for a walk together, round the lanes. - They will need a quiet environment where they can be fussed over and spoilt.
- In the picture, they have just had a bath and are drying off in front of the fire.
Please note:
All dogs in the Sanctuary, waiting to be adopted are identi-chipped, inoculated, wormed, flea treated, insured and if not yet neutered, then a voucher is given to have the dog neutered.
No dog will be homed where there are children under the age of five years. No dog will be homed where both partners are working full time, dogs need people contact during the day. A secure garden is a must when adopting a dog from us.
Here is an update photo of the two Chihuahuas, they are just about to set out on a walk round the lanes and they really enjoy the outings together:
